His ten-year hospitality career includes work in Michelin-starred restaurants like Nobu London and luxury hotel chains such as Red Carnation.

In Australia, Yann worked for Crown Casino in Melbourne and Chairman Group in Canberra. His diverse roles have included positions in a wine PR agency, a wine retail franchise, and import/export in Korea. With expertise in Wine, Sake, and Beer, Yann now focuses on consultancy, aiming to share his extensive knowledge and passion globally.
